I tried the noodles from tonkotsu.us and they came out really nice. I usually assume ramen noodles are either going to be too soft or uneven if they don’t look promising at first, but these cooked up consistently. They had that firm, chewy bite without getting mushy, which is exactly the kind of texture I always look for. I’d definitely order them again.

Uh, the order was mostly correct, but they missed one item.

I reached out to support while I was in the middle of doing a few other things around the house, and they got back to me quickly. i was expecting to wait longer, so it was nice to get a response without having to keep checking my email all afternoon

I tried this hoping for a more authentic bowl, but it didn’t quite hit the mark. The broth was decent enough, but the noodles had a weird texture and just felt off. For what I paid, I was expecting better, and some kind of compensation or make-good would feel fair.

The food was okay, but I was left feeling kind of in the dark about why it cost as much as it did. The portion wasn’t terrible, but it still didn’t feel like good value for the money. I expected a bit more for the price, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless they bring it down a little.

I asked for extra spicy and ended up with bland soup, plus they completely ignored the topping changes I made. It’s frustrating because that’s kind of the whole point of customizing an order. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably just start ordering from somewhere else.

I finished it and was still hungry, which felt like a fun little bonus considering the price. Maybe it works if you’re after a very light meal, but I definitely expected more. Not sure I’d order again.

The place was clean and had a cozy, laid-back feel to it. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but it was nicer than I thought...

I really liked how much they had on the menu. I originally went in just wanting ramen, but then the buns caught my eye, and I ended up adding a small side too. Everything was laid out in a way that made it easy to choose, not confusing at all. My friend was also able to find a vegetarian option quickly, which was a nice little plus.

I was impressed by how rich the broth was. It had that deep, slow-cooked kind of flavor that makes you want to keep going back for another spoonful. Definitely enjoyed it.

It was fine overall, like the ingredients tasted decent and nothing seemed bad or off. Some of the veggies just felt a little tired, you know, like the lettuce wasn’t super crisp, the tomatoes were kind of soft, a few pieces of cucumber didn’t have much snap, and the greens looked like they’d been sitting around a bit. Not terrible at all, just not that super fresh, just-prepped kind of feeling I was hoping for.

The box showed up all crushed, and there was a little leaking too, which was just annoying. I mean, the noodles themselves seemed okay, maybe, but I couldn’t really get past how careless the packaging felt. It just looked like no one bothered to pack it properly. Not planning to order this again

I’ve ordered from tonkotsu.us a couple times now, both times the delivery showed up faster than I was expecting. Like, I was just settling in thinking I had more time, and then it was already there. Food was still hot too, which always makes a difference.

I also did pickup once, just to try it, and that was smooth as well. It was ready right when I walked in, so I didn’t have to hang around or awkwardly ask if my order was done or anything.

Overall, simple experience in the best way. No problems, no waiting around, no weird hassle. I just really appreciate when ordering food is easy and quick, so yeah, 5 stars from me.
